LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Quippini, LLC dba TheCornerGuardStore.com (TheCornerGuardStore) warrants to its purchasers that all products sold by it will be free of any defects in material or workmanship and meet the design criteria noted on this website and in any catalogs when properly applied and installed per our recommended installation instructions. Failure to use proper fasteners, adhesives or other installation methods consistent with TheCornerGuardStore installation instructions shall relieve TheCornerGuardStore of any liability.

Any defective product will be replaced free of any charge if a claim is presented in writing to TheCornerGuardStore. TheCornerGuardStore will not be responsible for any installation costs involved in such replacement. Replacement will include shipment costs within the United States and Canada.

This warranty is IN LIEU OF any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability under this limited lifetime warranty is limited to replacement and does not include any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages of any type.
