3in × 4in, PVC-Free Acrovyn® Wall Panel with 3/8in Particleboard Core & 0.040in Surface Finish (3/4in, 1in, or 2in Deep) – Demountable/Adhesive Mount – Acrovyn

This factory-installed, aluminum trim option covers the unfinished panel edge and is 1/16" (1.59mm) wide and 1/16" (1.59mm) proud of the panel face. Suitable for both permanent adhesive and the demountable Sure Snap™ System, Acroyvn panels with this trim can be field modified during installation.

Product Details

  • PVC-Free Acrovyn with up to 50% post-consumer recycled content
  • 3/8" (9.5mm) thick particleboard core with .040" (1.02mm) surface finish
  • Moisture-resistant barrier laminated to backside and return edges of panel
  • Demountable panels: 3/4" (standard), 1" or 2" deep; permanent adhesive panels: 3/8" deep only
  • Minimum Panel Size: 3"x4" (76.2mm x 101.6mm)

Certifications / Testing

  • Resistant to certain bacterial & fungal growth (per ASTM G 22 and G 21)
  • Acrovyn® solid colors and woodgrains are UL Class B/2
  • Tested in accordance with ASTM E-84 - AbD digital print and Metallics meet class B requirements
  • Low VOC Emissions Certicate – Intertek Clean Air Gold (CDPH 01350 v1.2)
