Stainless Steel Bullnose Corner Guard

90 Degree, 18ga, Type 304, Satin #4 (Brushed) Finish
This stainless steel bullnose corner guard protects outside wall corners with a rounded profile instead of a sharp bend, so the corner is softer on hands, hips, carts and equipment that brush past it. It's formed from 18-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin (brushed) finish, a durable surface that is easy to clean and resists corrosion. At 94in long, it covers the corner up to 7 ft 10 in, which protects it from cart and equipment impacts as well as hands and shoulders. The wider 4.5in wings carry protection farther onto each wall, a good choice where carts or beds strike at an angle.

Installation & Ordering
The Basic option installs with construction adhesive you supply (such as Liquid Nails). Over vinyl wall coverings, trim a strip of the vinyl under each wing so the adhesive bonds to the wall. Peel off the protective covering once it's installed, and clean it with warm water and mild soap, wiping with the grain. Standard lead time is about 6–8 business days. Each bullnose order includes a one-time setup charge ($35 for this length); see below. Bulk pricing applies automatically in the cart: 10% off 20–49, 15% off 50+.

Why does one bullnose guard cost more?
Every metal bullnose order carries a one-time setup (lot) charge to tool, form and finish the run. It is charged per order, not per piece, so it spreads across everything you order.
For example, at 10 pieces the setup adds $3.50–$4.50 per guard. The more you order, the lower your price per guard.
