Return Policy

The Corner Guard Store takes great pride in the quality of our products. We will gladly accept returns for any products that show manufacturing defects.

Damaged Shipments: Every now and then, we have a report of an order damaged during shipping. While it is a very small percentage of our orders, stuff happens. When you receive your shipment, please inspect the box carefully. If it looks like there is exterior damage to the packaging, please ask the driver to wait while you inspect the actual product. If there is damage, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at 800-516-4036, so we can get replacements to you as soon as possible.

All other returns are subject to the following restrictions. 
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Any returned product must be in like-new condition. Once installed, they are no longer returnable

All accepted returns must be shipped back to us. We do not issue shipping labels for returns. Please use the courier of choice to return the accepted product.

Metal Products

Quick Ship Items and Equivalent Products:
Only Quick Ship Items or similar are eligible for return. Returns on these items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. All return requests must be approved by our staff prior to shipment.

Custom, Made-to-Order Items, or Attachment selection(s):
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and will not be eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes any custom, made-to-order, non-standard products, or products that have an attachment option selected.

Exemptions:
We understand that special circumstances may arise. Requests for exemptions to this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request to our staff for consideration. Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of our company.

Vinyl and Lexan (Polycarbonate) Products

Vinyl and Lexan Corner Guard Returns are accepted only on products of standard colors, lengths, and widths. 135 Degree and Bullnose Corner Guards are not returnable. Returns on Specialty Angles will only be accepted for clear parts.

  • Standard Lengths: 4ft, 7ft 10in, 8ft
  • Standard Widths: .75in, 1.18in, 1.5in, 2in, 2.5in, 3in
  • Standard Colors: Clear, White, Linen White, Ivory, Beige, Black, Brown, Taupe, Sawdust, Gray\
  • May be subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
    Pawling Products 
    • Any order less than $400.00 dollars cannot be returned.
    • Any order above this price range may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

    InPro Products

    • May be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee

    Foam Rubber and Rubber Products

    • May be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

    To make a return please contact TheCornerGuardStore customer service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  Returns without an RMA number clearly marked on the package will be refused.

    We certainly understand that mistakes happen, orders are duplicated, etc.  Bottom line, we want to help to correct those mistakes, and we absolutely want you as a long-term customer. We are here to make it right for all parties involved.
