Corner Guard Installation | Wall Protection Installation

There are two specific ways of installing your corner guards. You can install your specific wall protection with either of the following 2 methods.

Adhesive Type Installation Instructions for Corner Guards

  • Wall must be clean and dry. If necessary, remove all traces of grease and oil from wall surfaces using a good cleaning solvent.
  • To install corner guard, apply heavy duty adhesive on each wing in a zigzag pattern. Press corner guard firmly against wall.
  • Position corner guard on wall and move around slightly to spread adhesive, then remove corner guard from wall for one minute to let the adhesive set and then reapply to wall.
  • After the corner guard is installed, remove protective PVC covering.

Screw Type Installation Instructions for Corner Guards

  • Place corner guard on wall at desired location and mark with a pencil at each mounting hole.
  • Remove the guard and drill screw holes at each mark.
  • Wipe down the wall to remove any dust and plaster.
  • Replace the guard and attach to the wall with the supplied screws.
  • After the corner guard is installed, remove protective PVC covering.
