International Shipping
We sell to customers all over the world — but we ship only inside North America. If you are outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico, we will deliver your order to the US freight forwarder of your choice, and your forwarder takes it from there.
We ship to US freight forwarders only.
We do not ship directly to addresses outside the United States, Canada, or Mexico — no exceptions. International orders must be consigned to a freight forwarder with a receiving address in the US. Once we deliver to that forwarder, the shipment is in your hands.
How an International Order Works
Four steps from quote to delivery.
Choose Your Freight Forwarder
Set up an account with a US freight forwarder and get their receiving address. This is your decision entirely — we do not select, recommend, or contract forwarders on your behalf.
Request a Quote
Send us your part list and your forwarder's US address. We will quote the goods plus domestic freight to that address. Please request a quote rather than checking out online — our website checkout is built for domestic delivery.
We Ship to the Forwarder
Once your order is produced, we ship it to your forwarder's US dock and send you the tracking information. Our responsibility ends when the forwarder signs for the shipment.
Your Forwarder Exports It
Your forwarder handles export documentation, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery to your country. Those arrangements are between you and your forwarder.
Canada & Mexico Ship Direct
Our North American neighbors do not need a forwarder.
We ship directly to street addresses in Canada and Mexico. No freight forwarder is required. Give us a call or send us your part list and delivery address and we will quote it.
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on Canadian and Mexican shipments are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in our quote.

How to Pay for an International Order
Two options, both prepaid before production.
Credit Card
We accept credit cards only when the billing address is in the United States. Cards billed to an address outside the US cannot be processed.
Wire Transfer
Wire transfer in US dollars is available for any international order. We will send banking details with your quote. Any wire fees charged by your bank are your responsibility. Production begins once the funds clear.
Inspect the Shipment Before It Leaves the US
Ask your forwarder to inspect the shipment and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt at the time they sign for it. Freight claims and replacement parts have to be handled while the goods are still in the United States — once a shipment has been exported, we cannot file a carrier claim or arrange a return on it.
Our standard return and restocking terms are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Ready for a Quote?
Send us your part list along with your freight forwarder's US address — or your street address if you are in Canada or Mexico — and we will get you a firm number.
