Stainless Steel Cove Base Molding Outside Corner

20ga, Type 304, Satin #4 (Brushed) Finish

This stainless steel cove base molding protects the bottom of walls from mop buckets, carts, floor machines and foot traffic, where painted walls and vinyl base wear out first. It's made from 20-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 brushed (satin) finish, and its coved bottom edge (3/8in radius) leaves no sharp inside corner at the floor for dirt to collect in. This pre-formed outside corner piece with 2.5in legs matches the 4in straight sections, so outside corners finish cleanly without field bending.

Specifications

Installation & Ordering

Install it with polyurethane-based construction adhesive after the wall finish is applied, and before finishes such as wall tile, stainless steel wall sheeting or FRP.
