Stainless Steel Bullnose Corner Guard

135 Degree, 14ga, Type 304, Satin #4 (Brushed) Finish
This stainless steel bullnose corner guard protects outside wall corners with a rounded profile instead of a sharp bend, so the corner is softer on hands, hips, carts and equipment that brush past it. It's formed from 14-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin (brushed) finish, a durable surface that is easy to clean and resists corrosion. At 36in long, it protects the lower part of the corner, where it sits above a wall base or covers one spot that keeps getting hit. The 2.5in wings protect the corner edge and the wall right beside it while keeping a slim profile.

Installation & Ordering
The Basic option installs with construction adhesive you supply (such as Liquid Nails). You can also order it with Self-Stick Tape or pre-drilled holes for screws. Self-Stick Tape is an installation convenience and is not covered by the warranty. For high-traffic areas or heavy impact, use pre-drilled holes or construction adhesive, alone or together with the tape. Over vinyl wall coverings, trim a strip of the vinyl under each wing so the adhesive bonds to the wall. Peel off the protective covering once it's installed, and clean it with warm water and mild soap, wiping with the grain. Standard lead time is about 6–8 business days. Each bullnose order includes a one-time setup charge ($35 for this length); see below.

Why does one bullnose guard cost more?
Every metal bullnose order carries a one-time setup (lot) charge to tool, form and finish the run. It is charged per order, not per piece, so it spreads across everything you order.
For example, at 10 pieces the setup adds $3.50–$4.50 per guard. The more you order, the lower your price per guard.
